My Herdwick sheep workshops have been popular. My March and May workshops sold out. There is another date added , Saturday 6th September, but book on quick as several spaces have already gone.

They are held at the fabulous art supply shop, Cass Art, conveniently located in Liverpool One, next to the Bluecoat Arts Centre. While you’re in town, why not do a bit of sightseeing or browse the shops?

As with all my workshops, beginners are very welcome. I love to see people go from never having touched a felting needle before, to being delighted with their own amazing creation.

Felting is a very therapeutic, and I think addictive, craft and my hope is that you will be able to take away your new found skills (and your felting needles) to create more felties at home.

Robins, December at MerseyMade, Liverpool

A Christmas robin workshop needs mince pies
Participants could choose whether or not to have it on a log base or take ribbon home to have a hanging decoration.

This was a popular workshop, everyone had a lovely time and the resulting robins were gorgeous! I’ll have to plan another one for next year.

Felting Workshops 2022 

Owls

The owls were so sweet, one had its own unique style!

Award winning MerseyMade in L1, sadly now closed, was a great venue. Consisting of a gift shop, cafe and artists studios, there was lots to browse around before and after the workshop.

There is still a MerseyMade in West Kirby, Wirral. If you’re in the area, pop in for a browse.

At the beginning of October I was back again at MerseyMade, making lots of little foxes with a larger group at the end of their works away day.
